ANA asked nurses to participate in a Safe Staffing Poll on its SafeStaffingSavesLives.org website. The results below are based from the 14,993 responses received between March 31, 2008 and June 5, 2009. These results clearly highlight the need for adequate nurse staffing and its importance in the delivery of quality patient care.
